Christy R. Whitaker is originally from Missouri and now lives in Illinois with her husband and two children. Their household also includes two dogs, a gecko, and four chickens. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and loves horror and fantasy, though she’ll read just about anything. She’s also a history nerd with a particular fascination for ancient history and prehistory. Home Sweet Haunting is her debut novel.
